Blue Dot How Open Market Makers operate - OMM
  -

Firstly it's a business model exclusive to the ComTechX platform that can be owned and operated by anyone from any location in the world connected to the Internet.

OMMs operate as virtual businesses between Sellers and Buyers
The role of the operator is to be a buyer acting as a virtual retailer or wholesaler that competes against other OMM buyers on a unique elimination auction type process to find a winner at prices that are always 20% to 80% of the listed retail or wholesale prices. (discount % is set by the business)
OMMs compete with and against each other
The competing values are made up of both monetary bids (BataCredit) and KML Credits (Keep Me Live Credits) which are an internal credit system that can be earned by clicking the "Check-In" buttons on the deals coming to the market by businesses in your local trading zone or KML Credits can be purchased.
OMMs become "temporary owners"
Any OMM who has won an LA Deal Price becomes a "temporary owner" of the products or services while the businesses still remains holding all the physical items in locations somewhere in the world waiting for local buyers to make the buy using their BataCredit account from the "Open Market".
OMMs earn over 60% profit
Local buyers are offered the products or services while the OMM "temporary owner" holds the deal in their account's inventory and as soon as that purchase is made by a local buyer it automatically updates the OMM's BataCredit Business account with the OMM's profit margin of over 60% (of the total winning value) including the Bid value and KML Credits.
OMMs are global businesses providing an important service for local businesses
Businesses that list products or services are local businesses with local customers located somewhere in the world and if you become an OMM you provide an important step in helping both that business and their customers to building up their local economy and other OMMs could be doing the same in your local economy where you benefit.
Most anyone can be an OMM and get a local advantage
The OMM business has a very low entry to get started so that anyone with some spare time can participate and can gain in many ways through several added incentives, you could be a stay at home mum who has some extra time to spare that can come in handy when products like groceries or even gas for the car can be purchased locally for less than 20% to 80% of the normal prices by earning early bird Gold Passes for participating.
OMMs can be someone who wants that extra advantage
An OMM could be someone who is retired or even between jobs and wanting to get better prices to make up ground that normal full prices have made so difficult to afford.
Blue Dot In a nut shell
An OMM can make a difference right down to a local community in any location in the world

For instance someone in Kenya who runs a small store can register on the platform and list some of their stock - we can then have OMMs around the world bidding for these items in bulk quantities that will always be won for less than 20% of the store's normal prices.

e.g: 100 tins of food @ $1.00 each = $100.00 at the store's total value.
- An OMM located somewhere in the world will win the bulk items at less than $20.00.
- Items are immediately listed on the Open Market for local members to buy at less than $0.20 each and not $1.00 as before.
- This is a 5X increase in buying power for the local member that not even a government or an aid group could provide.

- The store has an increased demand and turnover that can greatly make a difference in the local economy without exploiting the local community.
- The list of items that can be sold are unlimited - from medicines, food, clothing or even services like a doctor's visit, farm crops like coffee, wines starting at the vineyard with grapes through to the bottles sold to restaurants or bottle shops.
-
Even restaurant and hotel bookings can be won by OMMs and stored by the business before being released on the day for immediate predictable sales.
- Each time that a single product or service is handed over and confirmed by the buyer and seller the connected OMM is paid back their winning totals plus profit margin.
-
The same can happen in reverse with an OMM from Kenya winning a bulk deal on items listed by a big business in Belgium, USA or the UK and earn the profit margin as a business entity.

ComTechX can control the listed costs to make sure that these are normal trading costs through tracking of industry averages and so prevent inflationary values to local communities and fake inventory or even reselling items.

When a bulk list of tin food is won by an OMM from say Belgium at less than 20% of the normal total price then these items are made available only to locally registered members to buy as single items.

Payment for an item between a local buyer and the store is controlled in escrow process until both seller hands over the item and the buyer is satisfied of the item - a seller's reputation and future on the platform is on the line so a satisfied buyer is important.

When the trade is confirmed there are several actions that automatically happen - the 20% or less payment from the buyer is debited from escrow and the full value of the store's item price is transferred from a second escrow held from the bidding for the full payment of a single item.

The winning OMM is immediately credited their original amount of Bids and KML Credits back to each of the accounts PLUS the 65% profit margin into their BataCredit account less a 2.5% LAT (Location Activity Tax).

How do we do it? - We started at the furtherest end of all the key issues and worked backwards or reverse engineered how economies work so that we were able to identify value that was able to be held and directed to the seller and OMM accordingly without hindering the growth of the economies or to individuals. - "also we use 499 secret formulas and algorithms with a special sauce"

Blue Dot How the basic business commerce cycle affects us all
With commerce there is usually an origin which is basically the manufacturer of products that collects the "raw" components to make a finished product.

To make this section of commerce function the manufacturer in almost all cases needs to build a bulk amount of items to distribute the cost down to an affordable value for the end buyer.

The step of determining the quantity to manufacture is often calculated on researching to find what demand there would be or make per order and this may not always be a correct outcome as demand may decline during manufacturing time both for the manufacturer or the business who placed the order.

This then becomes the "risk" for businesses and the inevitable result can be an excessive supply for the demand.

A typical strategy used at this point is to discount the product to "clear" stock so that inventory is manageable. This is the dilemma that all businesses have, when to build up the inventory and how quickly it can be "cycled" to repeat the process.

A danger of stocking then discounting just to restock is the "age old" way of continuing a cash flow but in recent times it's also becoming a popular expectation for the buyer to wait for and this is now the difficulty faced by businesses.

Discounted products and services are good for the buyer but the damage done is "dumbing down" commerce, which is something no successful economy can afford to continue.

It's very much like "throwing the baby out with the bath water".

The longer this approach is maintained the longer it takes for the business to gain the flow of revenue needed to keep profitability and the flow-on then helps support the government with full revenue in taxes and helps us all.

Blue Dot ComTechX overcomes an "age old" dilemma with Open Market Makers
ComTechX has developing a new structure to bridge the gap that gives a business the means to hold "good time" levels of stock and find markets that are able to absorb the stock, and get paid full retail prices.
The Open Market Maker (OMM) is a business and part of the paradigm shift in the commerce cycle developed by ComTechX that "handles" bulk quantities of stock between the manufacturers or wholesalers and retailers or between retailers and customers.

The OMM is a person who can be located anywhere in the world who is connected via Internet to the ComTechX Platform, they can be anyone who provides sufficient identification details about themselves to be registered and supplied with a license to operate on the ComTechX Platform.

Who can be an OMM - anyone really who has always wanted to be in business, they can be business people, retired folk with time and a need for a surplus income, people with extra time on their hands, or those with online auction stores who can add extra levels to their business without the need to handle stock, deliveries and other overheads.

There is no marketing or physical handling of the stock and only requires just a few minutes in a day or a week or a full time operation depending on the person.

The Open Market Maker operates as a business under the terms and conditions of the ComTechX Platform license and receives a margin of 65% over the winning bid value less a 2.5% LAT (Location Activity Tax) on the winning bid value.

The OMM needs to have a small "seed" amount of funds to begin with from $5 and up for bidding as well as $50.00 USD for the annual license fee, which for the first year's registration of a "OMM business" on the ComTechX Platform this fee is converted to KML Credits to help the OMM begin operating.

  BataCredit

Blue Dot The way forward with the "new age business person"
The way the OMM operates is they bid for products or services that are in quantity amounts listed by all types of businesses from around the world, these products may be from fashion to everyday food items.
  - There are different quantity amounts and different values so there can be many choices for the OMM and as the ComTechX Platform is world wide it handles over 150 currencies so there is always ways to get comparisons.

Every OMM is given access to the current lists of stock that businesses have added to the LA Deal Prices and the OMM can choose if they want to "lock-in" an opening bid that joins other OMMs from around the world.

Just like the LA Deal Prices for individuals the full list price of the products are totaled so before an OMM "locks-in" a deal this total value will give an indication if they have sufficient funds and KML Credits that will get them to a reasonable bid level.

With the traditional business cycle of the retailer to customer (B2C) there is also manufacturer to wholesaler and wholesaler to retailer (B2B) and OMMs can move into this area on the platform where they can be involved with larger quantities, even with product moving from country to country.

The LA Deal Prices process works at all levels of the business spectrum but adds a more dynamic shift that gives each participant the ability to "sell on" to the next buyer (wholesaler or retailer) at the low LA Deal Prices values, still receiving full list prices that doesn't hinder the end retail list price at the store.

This protects both the business participants and end buyers and importantly the product brand.

Blue Dot The low prices of LA Deal Prices
The low prices are not based on a single service but based on a platform that combines local and international location commerce activity with social network behavior.

The low prices are not based on a single service like coupon selling discount or daily deals but is based on a platform that combines local and international location commerce activity with social network behavior that's been refined over several years, then calculating all the activity it provides a social distribution process across all the members' various local economies.

With the arrival of the Internet's global commerce it has out-paced the traditional business cycles and has taken much of the economical power to adjust and control a country's economy away from governments, and this problem now provides the chance for mass collaboration around the world where people from one country can participate in helping people in other countries even if it's only little by little.

This mass collaboration collectively works from anywhere in the world and can be operated by well organized businesses to local mums and dads working from home who are connected with one common thread, that together they are helping themselves and helping others.

What we believe is that heavy discounting is absolutely part of any trading, it gives the stimulation needed at the immediate time for a business, however in the long term if margins are not gained then it's more than likely the business will close or make very little headway.

LA Deal Prices bridge the gap between the two extremes, a heavy discount for the customer and importantly a full margin for the business.

In the past during difficult financial times some governments would step in and distribute food stamps to help families make ends meet, we are on that border line in several countries now and if you take note of all the analysts talk they have multiple answers but no clear strategy.

Acknowledging that no matter where we are living we are all in some difficulty, individually and country, and taking lessons from the past and placing a modern approach to the task it opens up for private enterprise and people to bridge this imbalance of values between personal assets, income and lifestyle before it erodes further.

  Open Market - Can

Blue Dot Products and services move to the Open Market
When a bid is won by an OMM for the bulk amount of products or services the items are immediately placed on the "Open Market" as single items at the winning bid value just like on the shelf in a retail store.

This means that whatever the winning bid value is it's divided by the quantity and this is the LA Deal Price price only available for the local ComTechX members.

The business is alerted immediately of the price per item and as all the items are locked into the ComTechX Platform the physical items or services are now marked at the LA Deal Price on the Open Market.

Although the products or services can be listed by businesses in a different country the OMM can be located anywhere in the world, even in the same city, which can allow the OMM to be a local customer who can buy the single items prior to the release on the Open Market after the bidding.

As part of the bidding process of the LA Deal Prices there are several features that provide added bonuses to those that don't win the deals, these bonuses are various KML Credits awarded at several of the Stage Calls that a bidder reaches as well as Gold Passes are awarded for reaching various Calls.

This gives the OMM who is able to receive the product or service a 24 hour window for only Gold Pass holders to buy the item at the LA Deal Price.

It means that the OMM may have been one of the bidders or may just be in the local area where the product or service can be picked up or delivered, therefore they can use an option to buy the item at the LA deal price at the end of the bidding and prior to the items being released to the Open Market.

The value gained by buying just one or two products or services that a bidder would normally have purchased can make a significant difference on a family budget.

To provide more scope for the OMM and for businesses the OMM can bid for single items anywhere in the world along with other local ComTechX members, the OMM will not receive the item but earns
65% over the winning bid less 2.5% LAT (Location Activity Tax) on the winning bid value just as with the bulk deals, and the item is again placed on the Open Market at the winning bid value and sold to any local Gold Pass holder or to any local ComTechX member.

  Blue Dot Summary
Open Market Makers operate with a business licence on the Platform entitling receive profits of 65% over the winning bid value less 2.5% LAT (Location Activity Tax) on the total bid value.
The OMM account is credited with the margin and the bid value as each item is paid for at the business store or delivered and to ensure that all payments are immediate the payment by the buyer by automatically debiting the funds held in accounts on the ComTechX Platform, therefore no charge backs.

Any unsold stock held on the OMM's account by the business (still on the shelf) is dissolved and the winning bid funds are returned to the OMM's account after a set 30 day period (or to be determined).

Winning deals can be Competitive and as the market expands there will be niche markets where OMMs will be able to operate and one great thing with LA Deal Prices there are more "winners" with the Gold Passes awarded for reaching the last Call Stages, which can be used to pick up early bird deals that go to the Open Market.

OMMs can operate at any pace they want, part time or full time and by participating in LA Deal Prices and winning deals or getting Gold Passes can make a big difference on a lifestyle.

When considering that if you get one Gold Pass and use it to buy a $100 item for $15 or maybe a much needed item for the house that normally sells for $1,000 and you buy it for $100 or $150 with a Gold Pass, even by doing this several times a year or a month that's helpful to anyone's lifestyle.

We set out to develop a platform in e-commerce that fully utilized the Internet and to involve the most important key parties of people who should be the main benefactors.

Funding the OMM's account is by transferring to (and from) the personal Bata Account that is able to be funded via local businesses that are part of the ComTechX Platform or by sending funds via a bank account to an approved operator.

An opportunity presents itself for Open Market Makers to look around at their local business centers see what businesses could be suitable for the ComTechX Platform and the Location Activity Commerce (LAC) by using the LA Deal Prices as a better business approach to sell their products or services.
